Shipping & Returns

Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

For returns, we make it easy! All returned products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date in unused condition with no signs of play. No refunds will be processed until examination of the paddles or clothing verify this.
